01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CyberaHAT, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

02Authorized Use Only

CyberaHAT is provided strictly for education and authorized security testing. You may only run scans or assessments against systems you own or for which you have explicit, documented permission to test.

Using the platform to attack, probe, or disrupt systems without authorization is prohibited and may be illegal. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to test any target you submit.

03Accounts & Access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. Access to certain capabilities — such as running active scans — is governed by role-based permissions and may require an administrator to grant the appropriate role.

04User Responsibilities

When using CyberaHAT, you agree that you will not:

• Scan or test any target without proper authorization.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, escalate privileges, or interfere with other users’ accounts or data.
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to compromise the platform’s own infrastructure.
• Share, resell, or misuse content, tools, or reports in violation of these terms or applicable law.

05AI-Generated Content

The platform uses AI to generate hints, study guides, quiz questions, and report narratives. AI output may contain inaccuracies and is provided for educational assistance only. You should independently verify important findings and never rely on AI output as a sole source of truth.

06Intellectual Property

The CyberaHAT platform, its branding, and its original content are the property of the project team. Third-party tools integrated into the platform remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licenses.

07Disclaimer of Warranties

CyberaHAT is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that assessment results will be complete or free of false positives or negatives.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the platform — including any consequences of security testing you perform.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for conduct that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
